TOURS:

Our tours are booked with different tour operators so details and requirements may differ between companies. Clear requirements will be available for your selected tour.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

Personal Details

  • To confirm your booking and travel arrangements, you must provide the following requested details either before or with the balance of the tour price.
  • Full name as per passport
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Phone number (Whats App)
  • Email Address
  • Copy of your flight details
  • Emergency contact details
  • Nationality
  • Colour image of your passport (incl. passport number, photo, issue and expiry date)
  • Comprehensive travel insurance details
  • Any pre-existing mobility, physical or mental health condition
  • Your fitness, dietary and medical details

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT DETAILS:

These will vary depending on which tour operator is organizing the tour.
Full details of deposit, final payment date and any cancellation details will be as per tour and clearly available when booking.

VISA AND PASSPORTS:

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least six months after the tour finish date. It is your responsibility to make sure that you have a valid passport, the correct visas, permits, and certificates, for your country of citizenship throughout your transit and tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Comprehensive travel insurance is compulsory on a tour. You are responsible for arranging your travel insurance. Without it, you may be refused participation on a tour, without refund.
You must provide us with your insurance details. We strongly recommend you take out a travel insurance policy at the time of reservation, to ensure your flights and any other extras are covered in case of cancellation.

Your travel insurance MUST cover at least the following:

  • Cover against trip cancellation
  • Personal liability
  • Injury
  • Medical emergencies
  • Medical evacuation
  • Repatriation in case of death
  • Your age
  • Any health conditions
  • All included activities within an itinerary
  • All countries visited throughout your transit and trip
  • Your travel insurance must cover all countries you will be travelling to or through.

PRICE CHANGES:

We reserve the right to vary the price advertised or printed to cover any significant increase in airfare, fuel price, exchange rate, or other tour related tariff or costs. Tour members are reminded that this is a condition of travel.

MINIMUM NUMBERS:

All tours are subject to a minimum number of tour members. Where sufficient numbers have not been reached by the final tour registration date, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. Each tour will be subject to a deposit, final payment and cancellation fees which are outlined in the specific tours terms and conditions. Should any tour not proceed due to the minimum number of tour members not being reached you will be refunded 100% of the tour deposit and final payment if this has also been paid.

FLIGHTS:

Our company does not include flights to/from trip Start and End points within the tour price.
Once you have booked your flights, you will need to forward your flight itinerary details to us. You are also responsible to let us know of any changes to your itinerary or flights. If you don’t do this, you run the risk of issues such as missed airport transfers.
Any internal flights stated within a trip’s itinerary are included in the trip cost.

VACCINATIONS:

We cannot offer advice on vaccinations. We recommend you speak with a Dr (they can also issue a note for personal use of any medication you may need to bring, at the same time!). Some countries have entry requirements for vaccinations, so please be sure you have the appropriate ones.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

You’re welcome to use one piece of luggage with wheels. A day pack as your ‘carry-on luggage’ is useful too! Please keep your baggage to a minimum and try to bring only what’s needed. Some tour operators have a maximum weight of 20kg due to limited space on transport. You must be able to carry and handle your own bag comfortably by yourself throughout the tour.
Please be mindful of local airline luggage limits if there is a domestic flight on your trip. If you need clarification of these details, please contact us.
We do not accept responsibility for any lost or damaged bags — it’s best to make sure you are insured for this.

SMOKING:

Smoking or vaping is not permitted on any of our tours, in the transport, hotel rooms, restaurants, or within the vicinity of the trip group.
